Email Tree

The Email Tree, is the Bot’s vehicle to reach out to your donors. The email tree is very simple to initiate.

- 1.Enter Players/Participants and their email addresses.
- 2.Pick a Pre-written email to send to them or draft your own and send them.
- 3.Players/Participants then link to the back end of the bot to enter the names of their friends and family
- 4.Choose a request Email from our Pre-written Requests or write your own and send it.
- 5.Donation request recipients then link to your Program page and donate in a matter of moments.

Your Bot will track all of the pertinent information regarding those transactions so that you will be able to identify who are your greatest donors. Over time this list will grow as will the size of your operating budget.

Partnership Program

The standard for fundraising programs has just changed. Typical fundraising programs require a great deal of work to sell poor quality products at inflated prices to get a mere 50% of the total sales revenue. That doesn’t sound like a very good deal to us.

We have a better way. We have found well established retailers whose products are high quality goods that have their own demand, outside of fundraising ventures and are negotiating with them to join our Partnership Program and some have already agreed to provide your program with as many of their specified goods as you can sell.

All goods bought on your website generate a printable certificate to the donor that is redeemable at the retailer’s locations.

What this means for you: • No selling door to door • No handling cash • Keep 100% of sales revenue • No deliveries of goods. More Money, Less Work! It really does not get much better than that. The Partnership Program is scheduled to launch in the winter of 2010.

Insider Subscription

The Insider Program is a very unique fundraising program.

Years ago I played baseball with the son of the president of a national retail chain. He was pitching, but his father was regrettably absent. His mother however, was on the cell phone the entire game.

My father inquired as to who she was talking to. The response, “I’m talking to John (my teammate’s father) he’s on the company jet’s phone.” Needless to say, that was an expensive phone call. But my friend’s father was dying for information, and his wife was giving him the play-by-play at $4 a minute.

The Insider Program was developed for people like John. People who are passionate about their children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends who want up to date information about their loved ones. Unfortunately for them, their busy schedules or the fact that they live too far away, can keep them out of the loop. Fortunately for you, the Insider Program exists.

By providing the Insider Program, you can provide periodic live updates during games, competitions and events with ease. People like my friend’s dad, John, can sign up for a seasonal fee and get updates to their phone, blackberry, or computer via text message or email. Insider subscribers also get access to periodic updates (we suggest daily) of the Coach’s/Director’s Blog.

This is a chance for the you to provide some information after the game, practice or competition to the most enthusiastic supporters of your program. Take ten minutes to write a blog a few times a week and raise some surprisingly large revenues.

All you need to provide this service is a smart phone, blackberry or internet connected computer at each game or event, someone to send the updates, and a few minutes with you at the computer a few times a week. The Insider Program will be available in the Fall of 2010.

Referral Program

BotBrothers pays $150 for every referral that leads to a sale.

To be eligible for this program all you need is your own Bot. When you purchase your Bot, you will receive a personalized referral code. Every program that buys a new Bot with your referral code, brings $150 to your program. Use this program to bring in a few extra dollars for your program or use it as its own fundraising program.

Ten referrals bring $1500; 100 bring $15,000. There is no limit to how much you can make, so spread the word.
