The events calendar shows up to date information regarding scheduling, events and other important information. Update the calendar via your Smart Phone or Blackberry, or of course, your personal computer. Post all your important events on a schedule that all parents, kids, friend, family or others can see whenever they like. Schedule changes are quick and easy too!

Message Board

This feature allows you to send brief updates, as needed, to all your program participants, their parents/guardians, or anyone else. Messages are sent via text or email. Of course, you can send updates from your Smart Phone, Blackberry or computer. If practice is at 4pm instead of 3pm, simply log on to your Bot and post the message. Messages via email and/or text will be sent to all your participants

Document Uploader

Are you tired of printing off permission slips, forms and other documents, only to carry them around for a week trying to hand them out to all your participants because John and Tim are sick and Suzie lost hers?
